monoLight came to life as an effect of cooperation between musicians formerly known from bands like Co.In. or d'Archangel. Music of the band is a mixture of spacious electronics and dark guitar riffs supported by heavy and dynamic rhythm section. The combination of those sounds kind of trance and hypnotic. The project was launched in the spring of 2010 after only few months of preparations. In words of Robert "Angelo" - the vocalist: "I had some music already written, but without any precise idea how it would develope. When Patryk (guitars) brought first piece of lyrics to the rehearsal I thought at once that we had a band."(The text comes from website Alternation.eu)
