Below you will find information and conditions regarding the granting of press accreditation for the Castle Party festival.
- Each journalist or photographer must be registered by the editorial office they collaborate with no later than June 1st of the given year.
- We do not accept applications from photographers from photo agencies, freelancers, youtubers, etc.
- The accreditation is free of charge.
- Press accreditation allows access to the festival area and festival clubs.
- Photo accreditation allows access to the festival area and festival clubs, as well as to the moat in front of the stage in the main castle courtyard.
- Along with the application, please send materials confirming promotional activities related to the event in the editorial office applying for accreditation.
- The number of available accreditations is limited, and we typically allocate one accreditation per editorial office by default.
- Priority is given to accreditations for media actively participating in promoting the festival (e.g., event preview series, social media posts, etc.).
- Information regarding the approval or rejection of the accreditation application will be sent no later than one week before the festival via email.
- If accreditation is granted, you will receive detailed information on how to collect it, as well as any additional information regarding photography restrictions if applicable for that festival edition.
- Photos taken during concerts may only be used for promotional purposes; they cannot be sold to third parties or used for commercial purposes.
- After the festival, the editorial office is required to send links to galleries, reports, etc., via email to the aforementioned address.
- We reserve the right to reject an application without providing a reason.
- Any violations of these rules or attempts to transfer accreditation to third parties may result in immediate revocation of accreditation and the inability to apply for accreditation in subsequent years.
