Alien Sex Fiend DVD

This piece of information surely will be enjoyed by Alien Sex Fiend fans. The company BigBlue Rec which released Clan of Xymox concert recorded during Castle Party Festival in 2010, is going to record and release Alien Sex Fiend concert this year. It is going to be the first DVD release of this band recorded with current members and sound. The band has already released a concert DVD but it includes relatively old material.

Deathcamp Project - another band to be confirmed

Another band booked is Deathcamp Project, a representative of the Polish dark independent scene, well known and liked also outside of their home territory.Their fantastic new single No Cure which premiered at this year's edition of Castle Party was a good indication of what awaits us on their soon to be released, new album.

Good news follow up. The next bands who have already confirmed their concerts at CP in 2012 are: Electro/gothic representatives of dark, danceable sounds flowing straight from Berlin, known as Blutengel. The Guru of the aggressive sort of genre, hard electro, the Mexican duo Hocico. Swedish masters of neofolk sounds Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio. Merciful Nuns - the single-person project of Artaud Seth, ex-vocalist and leader of the legendary group, Garden Of Delight. The musical mixture labeled as gothic rock will be provided by Polish alternative projects – Smiałek and Deathcamp Project. For those who like electronics mingled with rock tunes we have neighbours from Belorus, the band Cold In May. Whilst fans of slightly heavier sounds should be happy to hear the German deathrock formation Bloody Dead and Sexy. Next information will appear soon...

Discovered by the German techno artist and producer Talla 2XLC, Leather Strip quickly built a buzz as one of the most exciting emerging acts in Europe in the early 90's. The band will play for the first time in Poland!

Never before has such a thing happened. The organizers of the Castle Party festival give You, the the festival attendees, the possibilty of choosing the line-up for the next edition! The rules are as the following - on& this link castleparty.com/wybierz_lineup.html is a list of 77 acts. You are allowed to pick only one. The first ten bands with the biggest number of votes cast will be invited to perform at the next Castle Party. There is a great variety of genres hence everyone will surely find something for themselves.
